Life has gotten WAY too serious lately. When was the last time you had the kind of fun where you lost track of time? Can you recall your last side-splitting, can’t catch your breath, tears in your eyes laugh? How long has it been since you spent some quality time with the people you love? If your answer to those questions was not “recently,” it’s high time to schedule more play, laugh and love!

We often get so carried away by the busyness of life that we forget to LIVE. Our routines take over and many of us get into robotic patterns of just getting through the day. No matter what is going on in your life and despite any stressful or straining experience you are going through, there is ALWAYS room for more life, love and laughter. In fact, it’s a requirement for living! I’ve shared this UPlifting song before, but I felt we all needed another reminder. I encourage you to listen to it and sing along (the lyrics are pasted below).
