For many 2009 was a year full of change and challenge. It was time of transition creating wonderful opportunities for personal growth and learning (and perhaps some frustration) which may have left you feeling VERY ready to say goodbye to 2009 and welcome in the NEW year.

Join Britta Johnson and I for a special one day workshop on Saturday January 9th from 10am-7pm in Los Angeles. The day is designed to help you let go of anything from 2009 that you’d like to leave behind, gain clarity on the lessons you’d like to carry forward with you into 2010, and set intentions / formulate action steps for what you would like in 2010. We promise it will be both a healing and uplifting day.
