This is one of those days when I am totally giddy with excitement. At the beginning of this year when I was doing my meditation and visioning for 2015, inside I heard, “Coach more. Serve even more.”

Unclear about exactly what that might look like, I just sat with the insight because I have learned not to immediately try to put form on intuitive guidance.

And then, it hit me… I could host a podcast where I actually coach people live on the air!

This idea felt like such a no-brainer, that I was surprised to learn that there isn’t a podcast like this already out there, which makes this announcement even more exciting.

Today, I am psyched so share that the first episode debuts TODAY on iTunes!

The Podcast is called “Over It and On With It” and in each episode you’ll hear me introduce a topic, coach a caller, and then provide action steps you can implement into your own life. I am bringing all my practical and spiritual tools to the show to offer you weekly inspiration and guidance.

The Over It and On With It Podcast is 100% free to listen to. All you need to do is:

Repeatedly I have had people report to me the transformation they experience when they listen to someone else receive coaching. That is one of the many reasons I wanted to create a podcast like this. I know first hand the value of coaching and this is a way I can provide more of it to more people.
