This is a special edition of Coaches Corner where I share a few thoughts about this time and encourage you to choose love not fear. I also lead a guided meditation.

I am reminded (and comforted) by the fact that sometimes a massive expectation hangover is needed to create massive change. This is a time where those of us who continue to choose love instead of fear are needed even more.
