Christine Hassler left her successful job as a Hollywood agent at 25 to pursue a life she could be passionate about . . . but it wasn’t easy. After turning her unexpected challenges and experiences into inspirational blessings, she realized her journey was indeed her destination. Her newest book Expectation Hangover: Overcoming Disappointment in Work, Love and Life is the guidebook for how to treat disappointment on the emotional, mental, behavioral and spiritual levels. Her previous books include the first guidebook written exclusively for young women, 20 Something 20 Everything and The 20 Something Manifesto based off her experience coaching twenty-something’s. Christine is passionate about busting the myth that life is about living by a checklist and having it all figured out. She believes we all deserve and are capable of discovering our passion, pursuing our dreams, and making an impact on the world. Christine has appeared as an expert on The Today Show, CNN, ABC, CBS, FOX, E!, Style and PBS, as well as various local television and radio shows, speaking about life issues and “Expectation Hangovers®.” She is an acclaimed speaker, leads retreats all over the world and frequently contributes to The Huffington Post and Cosmo. Christine has a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica where she also serves on faculty. Christine grew up in Dallas and currently resides in Los Angeles and loves spending time with her family and friends in Austin, Texas.
