Of course you can still listen to episode 147 the same way you normally listen to my podcast. Nothing is changing, we are just adding the video which is so amazing because you will be able to see with your own eyes the “aha” moments that occur.

In this episode, I coach Sam on getting over a very embarrassing moment from her past that is still impacting her today. This session went in a very unexpected, yet incredibly impactful direction for Sam. (To give you a hint, we end up talking about sexuality.)

If you are still carrying around something from your past that is perpetuating shame or judgment, consider that it is blocking you from your deepest desires. And letting go of it does not have to be as hard as you think it might. Watching or listening to this episode proves that to be true.
