Breathwork is perfect for you if you have trouble getting out of your head. It is a simple, yet extremely powerful way to release repressed feelings and past pains – creating greater peace in the heart, mind and body. We utilise various modern and ancient methodologies, such as holotropic and biodynamic techniques that tap in to the pain often held in our nervous systems and psyches. We will also provide you with simple breath techniques that you can take home and implement on a daily basis in an empowered way This process will give you a deeper sense of wholeness, accessing a power within you, you never thought you were capable of experiencing. The practice is graceful, yet revealing and liberating.
I have participated in two retreats with Christine and found each one to be amazing, inspiring and life changing. This retreat was a magnificent way to deepen my learning about self-love, obtain/utilize tools and resources to apply in my life.

Christine Hassler is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, master coach, podcast and TV host who is committed to guiding people and organizations into their highest potential. She left her successful job as a Hollywood agent at 25 to pursue a life she could be passionate about . . . but it did not come easily. After being inspired by her own unexpected challenges and experiences, she realized her journey was indeed her destination.

Where should I stay?
Renaissance Austin Hotel: This hotel is the ideal gateway for you to explore both the tranquility of Texas’ famous Hill Country or the buzzing music and art scene of the Lone Star state’s capital city.
We do highly encourage you to stay on site, as we find it gives you the best experience and keeps you safe. Trust me, you don’t want to be getting into a car after the deep work we are doing, so treat this as an actual retreat and enjoy staying on site.
We have a special group rate with the hotel that we’ll share with you. Make sure you book your hotel early to get one of our rooms.
What health & safety precautions is the hotel taking at this time?

Absolutely! We find that coming alone, with a friend or with your significant other are all powerful experiences. This retreat is open to both men and women. Couples and singles are welcome.

What’s included in the registration investment?
Your investment includes the retreat and meals: Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. What does the retreat schedule look like?
On Thursday, Sept. 24th, check in begins at 1pm, and the retreat begins at 2pm. Then Sunday, Sept. 27th, we’ll wrap up around 4pm.
We do not release a detailed schedule in advance, but don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to sleep and eat! You will feel very nourished and cared for.
How is the Love Amplified Retreat different from 1:1 coaching or therapy?
One of the primary reasons Christine and Stefanos host live retreats is because they have seen firsthand the value of a group of people coming together to connect, heal, and grow.
The experiential exercises they guide you through on this retreat are only possible in a large – yet intimate – group setting. Many of Christine and Stef’s personal clients attend this retreat as a compliment to the 1:1 work they’re doing. The transformational power of a group is different to a 1:1 experience because you are seen and supported by many, not just one.
This heals so many old wounds and blocks around belonging or feeling separate or alone. The group environment offers you an opportunity to be vulnerable yourself AND be compassionate and supportive to others who are going through the journey with you. You will leave feeling incredibly bonded to other participants and grateful to feel like you’ve found a soul family.
What should I expect from the Love Amplified Retreat?
Like most things in life, you will get out of the retreat what you put into it. Come open and willing to look at your patterns and wounds. That said, we create an environment that makes it very easy to heal, transform, and get a ton of value out of the retreat.
Expect to feel safe – perhaps safer than you’ve ever felt before – to let go and receive exactly what you need. The majority of participants come in with a specific intention: Something they want to change or get clarity on. We hear over and over that they receive that, and so much more.
Immediate shifts happen for nearly everyone, and they actually last. Participants leave feeling and looking completely different, because they’ve released so much of the emotional weight they’ve been carrying their entire life. The breath work will be an incredibly effective way to let go of stuff you’ve been carrying around for decades.
Of course, not everyone will feel those large shifts right away, and that’s perfectly normal, too. We often hear from attendees that they experienced a huge shift a few weeks after the retreat. You can also expect to feel incredibly bonded with the people you meet, even if you identify as an introvert and/or don’t love being in large groups.=
Although there are experiential processes that could be called “spiritual,” ANY religion or belief system, including agnosticism, atheism, or anything else you identify with, is welcomed and encouraged. This retreat is a place where you can be YOU.
Who attends the Love Amplified Retreat?
The most incredible and inspiring people! Every single time we host a retreat, we are deeply touched by the courage and vulnerability of the individuals who come, especially those who felt very nervous before coming. We have men, women and couples from all walks of life, ranging in age from 18-65+ with diverse backgrounds of race, religion, nationality and sexuality.
The commonality is that everyone is committed to their own growth and healing, and coming together to learn, grow, and heal in a compassionate, sacred space. Many participants find their soul family and create friendships that last forever.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to take off and put on. Casual and comfortable clothing is ideal, and you’re encouraged to bring layers in case you get cold. We do ask you to bring at least one outfit that you feel really beautiful or handsome in. We’ll email a packing list a few weeks before the retreat.
This retreat will include moderate physical movement and breath work. Please consult your doctor first to make sure you are able to participate. Of course, you can always modify any activity for your needs. Please be sure to pack any supportive devices to accommodate for previous or current physical needs.
