The most transformational workshop I facilitate, Chrysalis, is around the corner (July 27-29th). But before I tell you more about it, I want to share with you my personal “why” that inspired this workshop so that you understand why it is so incredibly special to me.

When I was just twelve years old, I started seeing a psychiatrist. It was incredibly embarrassing at the time; however, I had gotten lost in depression and was having difficulty fitting in with my peers. That marked the start of my journey on an incredible path of personal growth and discovery. From a young age I was bought into a misunderstanding that there was something wrong with me, that I was broken or flawed in some way, and if I could just figure out how to fix myself then all would be right in my world. From 12 thru my late twenties I sought out many sessions with psychologists, coaches, therapists, shamans, spiritual healers, bodyworkers, etc. as guides on my path. They were all helpful as I began unraveling my misunderstandings and healing issues that I was lugging around for decades.

But there was one particular workshop led by a woman named Britta I did in 2006 that was a total game changer for me that is the inspiration for Chrysalis. What we did and consequently what I experienced touched a place inside of me that I did not even know existed. It was unequivocally the most transformational experience I have ever had. I knew immediately that I was called to adapt and teach this work to other young women. Britta and I put our heads and hearts together and just a few short months later, Chrysalis was born.

So that’s my “why.” I offer this workshop because I KNOW IT WORKS. I want you to have the kind of life-changing breakthroughs that I had and now nearly 200 women who have participated in Chrysalis over the past six years have had. I assure you it will catapult you into a whole new level of self-acceptance, empowerment, and love.
